Processing
- Orders are packed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Every order is wrapped in tissue and tied with cotton twine.
Domestic delivery
- Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 business days; express in 1–2.
- Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $75.
International delivery
- International delivery takes 7–14 business days; duties are collected at checkout.
Returns & refunds
- Unused pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.
- Cut fabric, clearance pieces and personalised items are final sale.
How to start a return
- Email hello@kitschynotions.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Post the item back unused, in its original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.
Damaged or incorrect items are always our cost — send a photo with your order number and we’ll make it right.
