Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the shop:

• Order information — name, email, shipping and billing address, and order contents, collected at checkout.
• Enquiry information — the name, email and message you submit through our contact, wholesale or newsletter forms.
• Technical information — basic device and usage data generated when you browse the site.

How we use it

• To process, fulfil and support your orders.
• To reply to enquiries you send us.
• To send email updates, only where you have asked to receive them.
• To detect and prevent fraud and to meet our legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify. Card details are handled directly by Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment systems; we never see or store your full card number.

Service providers

We share information only with providers who help us operate the shop — our ecommerce platform (Shopify), our website and form-storage infrastructure, and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Order records are retained as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Enquiry and newsletter records are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kitschynotions.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site and basket to function, plus basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the shop may stop working.

Children

The shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
